San Bernardino faces one of California’s highest rates of homelessness, driven by a shortage of affordable housing and limited access to supportive services. Led by Lutheran Social Services of Southern California, in collaboration with the City of San Bernardino and TR Design Group, the Community Wellness Campus (SBCWC) was developed through California’s BHCIP Homekey Round 2 program to address this urgent need.
